NASA's Galahad-1 mission has achieved another milestone with the successful flight of the MSH Mars Sparrowhawk helicopter.  Named after the one-time enemy but later friend of King Arthur, Sparrowhawk has advanced capabilities beyond the several earlier Martian helicopters that have already flown, including the ability to travel greater distances and reach higher altitudes. The Galahad-1 crew is thrilled to have the new addition to their toolkit.  Sparrowhawk will provide unprecedented aerial views and access to locations previously unreachable. The success of this flight paves the way for future missions to use similar technology for scientific exploration on Mars.
