Yaniv Tawily

Yaniv was selected by NASA eight years ago to serve as an astronaut. He has logged a total of 275 days in space on four missions.  Four years ago, Yaniv flew to the International Space Station to fix fuel distribution elements that prevented efficient stabilization of the Space Station during dark hours.  In addition, Yaniv flew aboard a Soyuz spacecraft to the space station where he worked as Senior Mission Specialist for three months on the ISS.
